Обоснование подходов к реализации превентивных мероприятий профессионально-обусловленной патологии у сотрудников силовых структур

The aim of the research: to estimate a condition of a gastroenteric tract and a psychovegetative condition in employees of power-wielding structures and to prove the necessity of working out complex measures for preserving the health of employable age people. According to the results of the research of 1238 law enforcement employees chronic diseases of digestive organs are revealed in 22.95% of employees. It is established that contributing factors of development of diseases of digestive organs in the surveyed cohort were diet disturbance, absence of corresponding conditions for food intake and a high psycho-emotional load. In 92.9% of employees with diseases average or high level of psychoemotional intensity was revealed and in 44.5% disbalance of vegetative nervous system in gastrointestinal tract. The obtained data allows optimizing diagnostic criteria, to carry out purposeful monitoring of the state of health and perfection of technology of preventive actions.
