The invention discloses a maca beverage which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3.2%-4% of a maca extract, 0.28%-0.7% of taurine, 0.02%-0.06% of sodium citrate, 0.01%-0.015% of inositol, 0.011%-0.016% of vitamin B3, 0.03%-0.06% of vitamin B6, 8%-15% of edible essence and the balance of water. According to the invention, a plant beverage with homology of medicine and food is prepared by deeply processing the high-concentration maca extract; the maca beverage is free from any pigment and preservative, is a pure natural healthy beverage, and is suitable for crowds such as people with poor physical strength, office workers with high pressure and people who easily feel tired and fatigued.
