Adult Still Disease(ASD) is characterized by fever, rash and joint symptoms whose etiology is not precisely known is a systemic inflammatory disorder. As ASD may appear only fever without rash or joint symptoms, ASD does not have any patognomonic signs as a laboratory result. In this respect, it is important to distinguish it from infection, neoplasm and other systemic disorders, which are accompanied by similar symptoms in diagnosis.
