OLGU SUNUMU:ERİŞKİN STİLL HASTALIĞI CASE REPORT: ADULT STILL DISEASE

Adult Still Disease(ASD) is characterized by fever, rash and joint symptoms whose etiology is not precisely known is a systemic inflammatory disorder. As ASD may appear only fever without rash or joint symptoms, ASD does not have any patognomonic signs as a laboratory result. In this respect, it is important to distinguish it from infection, neoplasm and other systemic disorders, which are accompanied by similar symptoms in diagnosis. In this case report we present a 46 year old female patient who have 40˚C intermittant high fever, ache in knee and ankle joints and movement limitations to discuss ASD which holds a significant place among the
