stirling cycle rotary engine.

2003
Stirling cycle rotary engine. A stator of high temperature and low temperature a stator equipped with respective eccentric rotors provided with blades which define variable volume chambers confining a working fluid. The engine also includes a heat source, a cooler and conduits fluid transfer between stators. The fluid performs the thermodynamic cycle as a machine continuous flow in which is confined volumetrically in said chambers performing transfer processes stator high temperature to the stator low temperature and vice versa approximately isochoric mode through a heat exchanger, carrying out said transfer in consecutive steps according to the number of blades and the arrangement of the ducts. The rotor controls the opening and closing of the chambers in its rotation. the specific power is increased and the work involved in the transfers are improved fluid.
