Трудности диагностики реактивных артритов

Reactivc arthritis manifestations analysis was provided in 46 pts. A typical clinical signs were observed in 33 pts (72%). Non manifest!vc forms were found in 13 pts (28%). Wrong diagnosis was proved in 12 pts (26%) majority with nonmanifestive reactive arthritis. The transformations of reactive arthritis into ankylosing spondylitis took placc in 2 cases, into rheumatoid arthritis in 1 case.
