External clamp structure

2012
The utility model discloses an external clamp structure. The external clamp structure is characterized by comprising an upper half framework, a lower half framework, an upper half bushing, a lower half bushing, a fixing bolt, and an upper and lower half framework connection rope, wherein the upper half framework and the lower half framework are fixed on an engine case mounting base through the fixing bolt; one side of the upper half framework and one side of the lower half framework are connected through the upper and lower half framework connection rope at the same time; the upper half bushing is embedded into the upper half framework; the lower half bushing is embedded into the lower half framework; and a nick is formed at a position, where the fixing bolt passes through, on the upper half framework. The external clamp structure has the advantages that the upper and lower half form is adopted, upper and lower halves are flexibly connected, the lower half is fixed on an engine outer case, and the upper half naturally falls off after the bolt is loosened, so that a clamp is still fixed on the engine outer case after external pipeline or cables are removed.
