The external clamp structure has the advantages that the upper and lower half form is adopted, upper and lower halves are flexibly connected, the lower half is fixed on an engine outer case, and the upper half naturally falls off after the bolt is loosened, so that a clamp is still fixed on the engine outer case after external pipeline or cables are removed.
