Engine fastener welded by lasers and preparation method thereof

2010
The invention relates to a preparation method of an engine fastener welded by lasers, which is characterized in that the fastener comprises an L-shaped lock blade and a cylindrical lock plunger, and the L-shaped lock blade and the cylindrical lock plunger are connected through laser welding. A concrete preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning the L-shaped lock blade and the cylindrical lock plunger; fixing the L-shaped lock blade and the cylindrical lock plunger onto a clamp; performing spot welding on the joint of the L-shaped lock blade and the cylindrical lock plunger, wherein the number of welding spots is not less than 2; and adjusting an operating platform, strictly controlling the butt joint clearances of the welding lines of the L-shaped lock blade and the cylindrical lock plunger to be in transitional fit or interference fit, and performing welding, wherein welding parameters are shown as follows: laser power form: continuous; duty ratio: 30 percent-48 percent; laser power: 550W-1900W; welding speed: 0.69m/min-1m/min; and laser frequency: 30Hz-42Hz. The engine fastener welded by the lasers has the advantages of narrow heat affected zone, fine acicular martensite structure and high fatigue strength.
