Determination of ibuprofen in plasma, synovial fluid and tissue by HPLC and electrochemical detection in the lower ng-range

A specific and sensitive method for the ng-range is required to measure the Ibuprofen concentration after systemical application and locally used pharmaca, for instance creams and gels, in dependence of time. This can be obtained by a HPLC-method in combination with an electrochemical detector as described hereafter
