Countermeasures for the Human Resources Management of the Commercial Banks under the Financial Globalization

Along with the gradual opening of our country's financial market,and facing the more and more drastic global competition,the commercial banks,which want to obtain the dynamic core competitive power,must adopt the global managerial thought and idea may to solve the problem of the human resource management.This paper analyzes on the present situation of and existing problems in the human resource management of the commercial banks under the financial globalization,and puts forward some countermeasure for the human resource management of the commercial banks.
