High-speed milling surface topography dimensional analysis and wear prediction

There are various types of topography on the surface after high-speed milling, and the surface topography obtained with different cutting parameters are different, and the surfaces with different topographies also have different wear resistance properties. In order to investigate the relationship between cutting parameters, topography dimensional and wear amount: Firstly, the high-speed milling experiment was designed, fz, ae and topography dimensional were analyzed, and the functional relationship between fz, ae and topography dimensional was established. Secondly, the frictional wear experiment was designed to detect the wear quality of the surfaces with different milling topography, and the difference in wear resistance was analyzed. Finally, the wear prediction method is obtained by using the matlab fitting toolbox and the established topography micro-unit dimensional relationship. The functional relationship between the topography dimensional and the cutting parameters and the wear prediction method established in this paper have theoretical guiding significance for the study of topography control, parameter selection and wear resistance.
