The evaluation of TCM anticancer prescription to the morphology and expression of P21~(Waf1/Cip1) protein of the restraining tumor from growing in tumor bearing nude mice

The results are below: The morphological changes of the tumor cells in the TCM group are mainly apoptosis but that in the CTX group are necrosis. The expression of P21~(Waf1/Cip1) in the apoptosis cells is commonly seen through optical microscope. Maybe the therapeutic effectiveness mechanism is related to inducing HepG_(2) apoptosis and improving the expression of P21~(Waf1/Cip1) protein.
