Mathematical Modeling of Diagrams of Reverse Secondary Radiation of Air-To-Ground Missiles for a Centimeter Wavelength Range

The problem of the air defense protection of forces and critical assets in the conditions of the strong air fire suppression is identified by analysis of capabilities and warfare techniques of the modern air threat. In this paper, the calculation technique of the scattering characteristics of complex targets of air defense radars is considered. The calculated backscattering diagrams of the anti-radiation missile AGM-88 HARM and close air support missiles AGM-65 MAVERICK in the centimeter wavelength range are presented. The interval estimation of the average radar cross-section of air-to-ground missiles for the wide range of the aspect angles was performed.
