Peripheral malignant nerve sheath tumor: at the heart of the matter

Summary Peripheral nerve sheath tumor is a rare and aggressive neurogenic malignancy. We describe the role of multimodality cardiovascular imaging in the diagnosis and management of a malignant intra-cardiac peripheral nerve sheath tumor.
