Removable foamed laminate for electronic instruments, and electric or electronic instrument

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foamed laminate having high resistance to water. This removable foamed laminate for electronic instruments is a structure in which a layer including a polyolefin-based resin is laminated on at least one surface of a foamed body layer, the foamed laminate being characterized in that the layer including the polyolefin-based resin has a surface roughness (Sa) of 10 micrometers or less. Preferably, this foamed body layer has an apparent density of 0.02-0.20 g/cm3, and the layer including the polyolefin-based resin has a 180-degree adhesive strength of 1.0 N/20 mm or less with respect to an acrylic plate, and a shear adhesive strength of 5 N/20*10 mm or greater.
