The internal protection structure of the movable machine tool comprises a machine tool body and a spindle case body, wherein the upper end of the machine tool body is provided with a guide rail along the X-axis direction, the lower end of the spindle case body is provided with a first sealed case, and a second sealed case is fixedly arranged on one side of the lower end of the first sealed case. A plurality of slide blocks are future arranged on the lower end of the spindle case body which is disposed on the guide rail through the slide blocks in a sliding mode. Through movement of the spindle case body, a protective door is opened, and a cylinder arranged on the machine tool body is opened, and therefore the internal protection is convenient to switch between a sealed type and an open type. A back protective door is opened when the spindle grasps workpieces, and therefore a distance of grasping is effectively shortened, and auxiliary time is saved. The internal protection structure of movable machine tool is welded in a separating mode by using a sheet mental structure, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, low in cost and convenient to maintain.
