This paper adopts advanced.Net platform and suitable technology to design and develop a customer relationship management system through analyzing of CRM system according to practical demand,resolving problem of order following and orders dispute among sale persons so that company managers can better define and analyze consumers'behaviour to better manage customers relationship include long-term and short-term,having better society applicative value.
