The hot pot main material comprises: by weight, 20000-30000 parts of vegetable oil, 300-600 parts of ginger powder, 300-600 parts of monosodium glutamate, 300-600 parts of white pepper powder, 300-600 parts of Chinese angelica powder, 300-600 parts of white granulated sugar, 1500-2200 parts of edible salt, 100-300 parts of potassium sorbate, 300-600 parts of white sesame seed and 45000-55000 parts of water. The hot pot auxiliary material improving eyesight comprises: by weight, 1500-2200 parts of matrimony vine, 400-600 parts of cassia seed, 800-1200 parts of chrysanthemum, 400-600 parts of mulberry leaf and 900-1200 parts of carrot.
