The present invention provides a time-based delay compensation hull deformation measuring method. First, two sets of fiber optic gyroscope mounted in a fixed position of the hull, and the hull deformation angle obtained. Then calculate the coordinate conversion between both the angular velocity and the finally obtained output difference, two sets of delay obtained FOG real time according to the relationship between the actual angular rate present in the system.
