Film processing method of chemico-mechanical pulp squeezed filtrate

2010
The invention relates to a film processing method of a chemico-mechanical pulp squeezed filtrate, which comprises the following steps: adding a coagulant into the squeezed filtrate generated in the cottonwood PRC-APMP pulping process for flocculation, then processing by adopting an inorganic ceramic film device, and controlling the film-inlet pressure of an inorganic ceramic film system to be 0.2 to 0.3Mpa, the film-outlet pressure to be 0.1 to 0.15Mpa and the flux of a single film pipe to be 120.00 to 180.00L/H to respectively obtain two filtrates, wherein the concentrated filtrates are sent for alkali recovery processing, and a penetrating fluid is recovered to be used in the chemico-mechanical pulping process to replace clean water for recycling. The film processing method of the invention has simple process operation, no phase-state change, less equipment occupied land, high processing efficiency, remarkable energy saving and no secondary pollution in the production process.
