Разработка состава и технологии таблеток аминокальцид для профилактики и лечения остеопороза

In this article the results of the development of structure and technology of aminocalcid tablets are presented. During the research estimation methods of technological properties of powders and tablets according to the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Belarus were used. It has been shown, that the nature (potato starch, MCC, lactose, aerosil) and quantity of auxiliary substances influence technological properties (durability on compression and attrition, disintegration) of aminocalcid tablets. It has been determined, that such technology factors as time of mixing tablet mixes, time of chip dusting and the way of vitamin D3 introduction influence the parameters of aminocalcid tablets quality. It has also been shown, that the developed technology with damp granulation application provides for manufacture of the tablets meeting the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Belarus during 24 months of storage in natural conditions.
