Crystalline Nilotinib HCl A characterized by data selected from the group consisting of: a dedifraccion powder X-ray pattern having peaks at 5.7, 9.8, 15.0, 15.8 and 17.3 degrees two theta ± pattern 0.2 degrees two theta; 13C NMR unespectro solid state having signals at 113.1, 133.1, 160.9 ± 0.2 ppm; an NMR spectrum de13C solid state has differences in chemical shifts between the signal showing the chemical menordesplazamiento and another in the chemical shift range of 100 to 180 ppm of 9.2, 29.2 and 57.0 ± 0 , 1ppm, wherein the signal showing the lowest chemical shift in the chemical shift area 100a is 180 ppm 103.9 ± 1 ppm; and combinations thereof.
