The invention relates to the technical field of materials. A phase change filling sealing pad comprises a sealing pad base body provided with a phase change layer. The phase change layer is made of a phase change material. The phase change material comprises, by mass percent, 60%-75% of heat conduction particles, 5%-20% of paraffin, 10%-20% of liquid resin and 0.02%-2% of a coupling agent. The phase change material is arranged in a traditional sealing pad base body so that the form of the sealing pad can be conveniently adjusted when the sealing pad is in the different environments, and the sealing performance is improved.
