The Functions and Roles of Public Libraries in Serving Temporary Workers

Public Libraries are a very important cultural delivery and social service system that provides people an education and learning center.This article elaborates the fundamental functions and roles of public libraries in serving temporary workers for their spiritual and cultural construction.Some practical approaches and strategies in these aspects are also proposed and discussed by using Bao’an district library as a model.
