The utility model relates to a perforation compaction positioning mechanism which comprises a stepped pin-shaped piece and a supporting frame, wherein the stepped pin-shaped piece is fixed on the supporting frame, the stepped pin-shaped piece is hollow, and an opening is formed on the positioning section of the stepped pin-shaped piece and communicated with the cavity of the hollow stepped pin-shaped piece. The mechanism further comprises a driving device which is arranged at the opposite end of the supporting frame to the stepped pin-shaped piece; a clamping device, wherein one end of the clamping device is connected inside the cavity of the hollow stepped pin-shaped piece; and a retractable clamping piece detachably arranged at the opening communicated with the cavity, wherein the other end of the retractable clamping piece is hinged to the driving device. The perforation compaction positioning mechanism adopts the positioning sheet metal piece in the positioning section and also adopts the clamping part of the clamping device to clamp the sheet metal piece more stably, solves the problem that the sheet metal piece is not clamped tightly and swings and deflects in the prior art, and greatly improves the quality of the sheet metal piece during the welding process of the vehicle body-in-white.
