The anamnesis in the allergist’s office has always been a challenge for the clinician, and in the midst of the pandemic, in many instances, has made this investigative process more difficult. We present a case of hypersensitivity to hair dye that was applied only along the length of the hair, avoiding the root and skin area, a reaction clinically presented in the form of contact dermatitis with emphasis on the periocular area.
