PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging controller that improves utilization efficiency of a facility and optimally controls charging in accordance with each user. SOLUTION: Area controllers 51-1 to 51-n are provided for each area of a parking lot. A battery state calculating part 61 calculates the battery remaining capacity of a vehicle. A desired condition setting part 62 receives setting of a desired condition, determines whether or not the desired condition can be accepted, and if it is determined that the desired condition cannot be accepted, prompts a user to redo it. A set information management part 52 stores the battery remaining capacity and the desired condition to be output from each of the area controllers 51 as setting information of each area. A charging controller part 53 controls a charger so as to supply predetermined power to an outlet of each area in the parking lot 11 under control by the set information management part 52.
