PENGARUH LATIHAN LOMPAT KATAK DAN SKIPPING TERHADAP TENDANGAN LAMBUNG JAUH DI TIM EKSTRAKULIKULER SMA NEGERI 1 POSO

The problem of this research is that there are still many soccer players from the Poso 1 SMA Negeri 1 extracurricular team who do not carry out long hull kicks. This study aims to determine the effect of frog jump training and skipping on far hull kicks on the Poso 1 SMA SMA extracurricular team. Based on the analysis carried out it can be concluded that 1) there is the effect of frog jump training on far hull kicks on the extracurricular team of Poso 1 Public High School, 2) There is the effect of Skiping training on far hull kick in Poso 1 Public High School extracurricular team and 3) Frog Jump Training more both from Skipping exercises on far hull kicks in the Poso 1 SMA SMA extracurricular team.
