ADERÊNCIA ÀS ALAVANCAS DE CONTROLE ESTRATÉGICO: ESTUDO EM UMA INDÚSTRIA FARMACÊUTICA BRASILEIRA

The objective of this study was to evaluate the adhesion of control levers presented by Simons (1995) in a Brazilian pharmaceutical industry. Data collected through a survey of 118 managers revealed the balanced presence of the belief system, limits, diagnosis and interaction. Thereunto, in order to leverage all levers, and as an empirical contribution, it is suggested to revise the company's strategic planning and code of ethics, to disseminate the business results obtained and to create a policy for generating ideas with a view to engage employees in the management process and lead them in achieving organizational goals.
