The health features among the teen-agers (15-17 years old) in an industrial centre under conditions of the changeable social-economic and cultural environments been investigated. The proceedings which may characterize the index alterations of the prevalence of the socially grounded diseases in dynamics for a 14-19 year period. (1990s-2000s) as well as the mortality rates are represented in this paper. In the period above the intensive index growth of the disease prevalence which were known to be sexually infected (the inflammatory diseases of the female pelvic organs, syphilis); the abortions among the girls-teen-agers as well as the drug addictions has been revealed. The pronounced mortality rate growth was found to occur in the cohorts of the teen-agers of 15-19 years old.
