Tuberculosis of the retroperitoneal lymph nodes

Abstract The authors present an extremely rare location of retroperitoneal lymph node tuberculosis, imitating in ultrasonography and computed tomography a neoplastic tumour of this region. The diagnostic difficulties associated with the described case are analysed.
