Опыт пилоросохраняющих резекций желудка у больных язвенной болезнью

2012
In the field of stomach surgery in the recent years there is a tendency to save stomach and its sphincteric part to the uttermost. This specifically has led the number of surgeons to the developing of pylorus preserving stomach resections which prevent duodenogastric reflux. For this purpose authors conducted the comparative study of direct and long-term outcomes of pylorus preserving stomach resections and Billrot-1 resections. In the Facultative Surgery Chair of Clinical Hospital named after S. R. Mirotvortsev, Saratov State Medical University we analyzed 185 postoperative cases of peptic ulcer after pylorus preserving stomach resection. Experimental (comparison) group consisted of 100 post-Billrot-1 surgery patients (the surgery was performed in our clinic). The analysis showed that pylorus preserving resection has advantages in comparison to Billrot 1.
