Electromagnetic stirrer for transdermal diffusing pond

2014
The utility model discloses an electromagnetic stirrer for a transdermal diffusing pond. A direct current is no longer used and the problem that the conventional magnetic stirrer is large in size, great in noise and short in service life is overcome. The electromagnetic stirrer applies positive and negative alternating voltages by virtue of a coil on a driving circuit, so that an alternating electromagnetic field with magnetism of N-S180 degrees is generated between soft iron sheets at two ends of a soft iron core. The electromagnetic stirrer consists of an electromagnetic coil and an electromagnetic stirring driver circuit. The electromagnetic coil comprises a shell with a coil pin below and the shell is internally provided with an I-shaped hollow coil framework which is provided with the coil, the soft iron core is arranged in the hollow coil framework, the soft iron sheets are respectively arranged between two ends of the soft iron core and two ends of the hollow coil framework, and the coil is arranged on the coil pin. The electromagnetic stirrer disclosed by the utility model has the characteristics of being simple in structure, small in size, free of noise, low in power consumption, low in cost, durable, good in stirring effect and suitable for transdermal diffusing ponds and horizontal diffusing ponds with any heating modes and the like.
