Dielectric Model for Thawed and Frozen Organic Soils AT 1.4 GHz

Dielectric measurements of organic soils for five samples with different contents of organic matter are carried out in the temperature range from −30 °C to 25 °C in a wide frequency range from 0.45 to 16 GHz.
