A capsule comprising granules, wherein said granules comprise: a layer of main ingredient containing lansoprazole or an optically active isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable sussales in an amount of 12 wt% to 40 wt% based on the granulostotales, and a basic inorganic salt in an amount of 0.2 parts by weight to 0.6 parts by weight based on 1 parteen weight of lansoprazole or an optically active or a salt farmaceuticamenteaceptables isomers, a intermediate coating layer which it is formed on the principal ingredient layer; yuna enteric coating layer which is formed on the intermediate coating layer; and wherein: layer main ingredient is provided as a granule having a core which layer ingredienteprincipal is formed on the core, the amount of the layer intermediate coating to be coated is 0.02 parts by weight to 1.5 parts by pesobasada on 1 part by weight of granules containing lansoprazole or an optically active isomer thereof or oneof its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, the amount of the layer enteric coating to be coated is 10% by weight to 70% by weight based on total losgranulos before coating the enteric coating, anda mean particle size of the granules is 600 .mu.m to 2500 .mu.m.
