Selection of Medium of Induction and Differentiation of Callus of Dendrobium nobile lindl

Taking stem segments from seeding of Dendrobium nobile lindl eucalypts as explants,study on culture medium of callus induction,differentiation and rooting was done in our experiment.The result showed that the culture medium of callus induction was MS culture medium containing 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.8 mg/L 2.4-D.Using MS culture medium containing 1.2 mg/L NAA and KT 1.5 mg/L,differentiation rate of callus was the maximum.Culture medium for rooting of adventitious bud was 1/2 MS culture medium or MS culture medium containing 0.5 mg/L NAA.
