RFLP Standardization Report for DP Alpha/BamHI

The DP alpha/PstI system identified two polymorphic and four nonpolymorphic fragments (Table 1 and Fig. 1). The two polymorphic fragments divide the DP alleles in two groups. Standard fragment no. 2 correlates with the DPw1, w5, and CDP-HEI alleles, and standard fragment no. 3 correlates with the DPw2, w3, w4, and w6 alleles (1).
