Manufacturing apparatus and method for channel plate

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a channel plate. According to one aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for forming a channel for mass transfer to a plate comprises: a perforating unit arranged to have a predetermined pattern for forming a plurality of openings to a plate during a transfer process of the plate; and a pressurizing unit pressuring an opening area of the plate passing the perforating unit to form a channel, and arranged to be bent at the predetermined angle and in the predetermined direction.
