The utility model relates to an SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring device based on multiple sensors. The device is composed of a microprocessor, a data collection and conditioning device, a ventilation and alarm control device, a communication circuit and a power supply circuit. The microprocessor comprises a memorizer and an analog-to-digital converter; the data collection and conditioning device comprises an SF6 gas concentration sensor, an O2 gas concentration solid state sensor, an H2S gas concentration electrochemical sensor, an SO2 gas concentration electrochemical sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a signal conditioning circuit; the power supply circuit provides a direct current power supply; the ventilation and alarm control device comprises an alarm, a fan controller and a control circuit; the communication circuit is of short distance wireless communication or wire communication which is a path for wire communication. By monitoring data information which is relevant to SF6 gas concentration, the device applies the information fusion technology to realize compensation on automatic calibration and data measurement of a measurement system and the strategy which determines to output alarm signals, thereby enhancing the accuracy and the reliability of the measurement and prolonging the service life.
