The invention discloses a waveguide lens of a nanometer optical lens. The waveguide lens of the nanometer optical lens comprises one or multiple waveguide lens unit(s) of the nanometer optical lens, the waveguide lens is formed by one waveguide lens unit or laminating at least two wave guide lens units, each waveguide lens unit comprises a waveguide and a functional area, and the functional area is positioned in the upper or lower surface of the waveguide and is capable of transparent optical imaging and waveguide bending; and the functional area comprises a coupling-in functional area which couples optical information of images into the waveguide and an emitting functional area which projects the image optical information transmitted by the coupling-in functional area and the waveguide into a space over the waveguide lens of the nanometer optical lens. The waveguide lens of the nanometer optical lens can be used to reduce the thickness and size of a 3D display device greatly, and provides basis and support for realization of the multi-field-depth 3D display device. the invention also discloses the multi-field-depth 3D display device which is constructed via the waveguide lens of the nanometer optical lens.
