This research aims to know the suitability of the application of the balanced scorecard as a result performance measurement at PT. PLN (Persero) WS2JB to the concept of the balanced scorecard. This research is a study of performance measurement that uses the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard in, among others, the financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach. The collection of data through questionnaires, interview and the collection of documents. Data from the results of the questionnaire are presented in the form of a table. The results of this research show that the application of the balanced scorecard in PT. PLN (Persero) Region WS2JB is in compliance with the concept of the balanced scorecard. Because, PLN financial perspective has been able to collect debts with company assets, PLN customer perspective has received customer satisfaction and complaints, PLN' internal business perspective process makes system planning so that customers do not experience difficulties in using it. And learning and growth perspective, PLN has provided health services and retired employees
