Application of AC variable frequency speed control technology in mine hoist speed control system

Mine hoist is the key equipment in the production process of coal mine,its performance directly influences the efficiency and safety of mine production.At present,hoist mainly adopts the traditional control mode of the AC motor rotor,cutting resistance,which is high cost,low reliability program.Therefore,this research uses the programmable control technology(PLC),AC variable frequency speed control technology,aimed at the realization of elevator's safety,reliable speed control.The test results show that using the PLC control inverter output signal,the hoisting machine can run at a given speed and position,so as to reduce accidents,prolong the service life of electrical equipment.It has certain practicability and economy.
