The mechanism comprises an upper die, a lower die and a feeding component, wherein the feeding component comprises a groove, a buckle, a sliding block, a top block for pushing the sliding block to move, and a feeding buckle; the groove and the buckle are arranged on the lower die; a guide rail is arranged in the groove, and the sliding block is arranged on the guide rail; one end of the sliding block is provided with a return spring; the feeding buckle is arranged on the upper end of the sliding block; the buckle corresponds to the position of the feeding buckle, inclined planes are formed on the upper ends of the buckle and the feeding buckle, and a spring is arranged on each of the lower ends of the buckle and the feeding buckle. The top block is arranged on the upper die; punching parts are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the upper and lower dies. By utilizing the mechanism, the cost is reduced, and moreover, phenomena such as pressing marks and scratches on the surfaces of parts due to the adoption of a feeding machine are also prevented from being caused.
