The review of the modern literary data on the problem of disorder of cytokines regulation in diffuse toxic goiter and chronic cardiac insufficiency has been presented. The data on interrelation of disturbance of a ratio of cytokines system and affection of cardiovascular system in diffuse toxic goiter is presented.
