[Professional activity in retirement--a sociologic study of employment in agriculture and trade in the Schwerin district].

: Basic principles on employment at the age of retirement having been explained beforehand the results of interviews with 700 employers concerning motivation and conditions in relevance are recorded. The employment rate in the age-group under consideration is discussed as dependent on the historical level of the society, the conclusions aiming at goals to be fulfilled in enterprises as well as in the society as a whole.
