2011
The present invention relates to a rotor with a solvent-free two-component polyurethane putty, parts by weight of the components and amounts thereof as component A: 20 to 30 hydroxyl resin, titanium dioxide, 2 to 6, carbon 0.5-2, sulfate precipitation barium 15-25, 40-60 talc, dolomite, 2 to 6, a dispersant 0.1 to 1, 0.1 to 1 antifoaming agent, a leveling agent, 0.1 to 1; the weight ratio of said hydroxy resin is 1:3 1-7 the mixture of long-chain acid-modified polyester resins and vegetable oils made reactive diluent; component B 1 to 4/1 by weight ratio of the crude mixture of the MDI and modification PAPI; when used, component a to component B weight ratio of 4 ~ 6:1 evenly mixed. Putty present invention have excellent adhesion to the fiberglass epoxy composite material, a filler, and facilitate the construction easy to polish, comply with environmental requirements. Its comprehensive performance fully meet the requirements of the rotor.
