A therapeutic delivery exosome comprising a polypeptide construct attached to its membrane, wherein the polypeptide construct comprises at least one transporter polypeptide fused to at least one decoy receptor of the therapeutic polypeptide present at least partially outside the delivery exosome and in which at least one decoy receptor of the therapeutic polypeptide is incompetent for signaling.
