Construction method of built-up water tank

PURPOSE: To hold the tight water-tightness of the joint part of the panels after the cord is removed by fixing the panels in the groove while packing fitted between the panels is compressed by the rope stretched between the panels. CONSTITUTION: The rubber packing 18 is fitted between the panels 3, 3a, 3b along the joing part. The packing 18 is fixed on one panel 3 in advance, or is fitted when the panel 3 is arranged. Also, each panel 3 has the piercing holes 19 at appropriate spaces in the vertical direction through which the rope 20 is inserted. The rope 20 is wire rope, etc. As the packing 18 is compressed when the panel 3 is fixed in the groove, the compressed condition of the packing 18 is maintained after the rope 20 is removed, and the highwater-tightness of each joint part of the panel 3 can be obtained.
