EMPRENDIMIENTO Y EMPLEO. UN PANORAMA SOBRE LA FUNCIÓN GUBERNAMENTAL Y EL PERFIL EMPRENDEDOR DE MUJERES Y HOMBRES CON CAPACIDADES DIFERENTES EN MÉXICO

Los autores del presente articulo de revision bibliografica se propusieron el objetivo de realizar un analisis teorico sobre el perfil de emprendedores hombres y mujeres con discapacidad, en el marco de los programas, sistemas y acciones de empleo y de desarrollo social que han dirigido los gobiernos mexicanos en los ultimos anos. La metodologia utilizada fue el analisis de contenido desde un enfoque cualitativo. La revision fue de tipo descriptiva y la estrategia de recoleccion de la informacion fue la indagacion bibliografica; posteriormente, se organizo la informacion, y por ultimo se redacto el documento. Los resultados evidencian la reciente preocupacion del sistema gubernamental mexicano por brindar oportunidades de empleo a las personas con capacidades diferentes, a traves del apoyo a programas de emprendimiento. Estos programas se consideran en si espacios de analisis de las ideas empresariales que parten de la propia situacion de la persona con capacidades diferentes, a fin de contribuir a un desarrollo economico incluyente de la sociedad. En las conclusiones, se observa que, a traves de los diferentes sexenios presidenciales en Mexico, se ha abordado el tema de la discapacidad; y que en los ultimos tres, se ha impulsado el empleo y el emprendimiento. Tambien se resaltan investigaciones a nivel mundial que muestran algunos avances en cuanto al emprendimiento de personas con capacidades diferentes. Abstract The authors of this bibliographic review intended to make a theoretical analysis of the profile of women and men entrepreneurs with disabilities, within the framework of programs, systems, actions for employment and social development that Mexican governments have led in recent years. The methodology used was the analysis of content from a qualitative approach. The review was descriptive and the data collection strategy was the bibliographical research. Subsequently, the information was organized, and finally the document was written. The results show the response of the recent concern of the employment of men and women with disabilities from the Mexican Government’s as it provides employment opportunities to people with disabilities, through support for entrepreneurship programs. These programs are considered opportunities for the analysis of business ideas that start from the condition of the person with disabilities, in order to contribute to an inclusive society. In the conclusions, it is observed that the issue of disability has been addressed through the different presidential administrations in Mexico; and that employment and entrepreneurship among the disabled has been promoted in the last three years. Worldwide research, which shows some progress regarding entrepreneurship for disable people, is also highlighted.
