Steam condenser for the exhaust air of a cleaning apparatus and method for establishing a vapor barrier

The present invention relates to a vapor condenser (1) for the exhaust air from a cleaning device, in particular a cleaning and disinfecting apparatus, which is in communication with the interior of the cleaning device, characterized by at least one inlet opening (1) for the inlet of the water vapor from the interior of the cleaning device and at least one nozzle (2) for spraying cold water for the condensation of the condenser (1) from the interior of the cleaning device entering the water vapor. The present invention also relates to a method for establishing a vapor barrier by using the steam condenser.
