Fuel injection valve with integrated ignition device

A fuel injection valve (1) having an integrated ignition device (38, 39, 41, 42) has a first pair of electrodes (38, 39) for firing directly into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine through injection openings (7) of the fuel injection valve (1) the injected fuel on. The pair of electrodes (38, 39) consists of a ground electrode (38) and a center electrode (39) (41) are spaced apart by a spark gap. The fuel injection valve (1) and the ignition device (38, 39, 41, 42) are arranged in a common housing (40). The ignition device (38, 39, 41, 42) comprises at least a further spark gap (46) and another pair of electrodes (44, 45).
